Al-Khairiah Inc. was incorporated on August 30,1988 per SEC registration certificate no. 155 1111 and it’s articles of incorporation was amended on May 14,1990.

 

The amendments provides among others that the purpose of this Islamic organization is for the administration of it’s affairs, properties, funds, mosques, madaris and other Islamic services to deserving communities. The other purposes for which the said association is formed.
